Financed the construction of the N800 Million Anambra State Shoe & Leather Products
Industrial Park (yearly cumulative turnover is currently at N2.75 Billion [~US$7.6 Mn]-
Completed March 2018.

Financed the construction of the N750 Million Anambra State Textile Products Industrial
Cluster (Completion Date- December 2019).

Developed and implemented the ASBA N1 Billion Youth Entrepreneurship Fund geared
towards employability initiatives for undergraduates as well as job creation via technical
training.

Developed and implemented the ASBA N500 Million Farmers Micro Credit Scheme which is
geared towards supporting small scale farmers have the requisite working capital during the
harvest season.

Developed and implemented the ANSG N1 Billion Commercial Bus Transit Scheme which
supports youths and former “okada” riders transition into usage of shuttle buses for
commercial purposes following the ban of okada’s in the State.

Developed and implemented the Anambra State Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME)
Development Fund in conjunction with the Central Bank of Nigeria. Currently managing the
N2 Billion Fund for Anambra State.
o The N1 Billion SME Retail Lending Program created 1,500 Direct Jobs and 10,000 Indirect Jobs, disbursing to over 350 SMEs.
Disbursed a maximum of N50 Million (US$ 140k).
o The N1 Billion Micro Lending Program created 9,000 Direct Jobs and 35,000 Indirect Jobs.
o The N1 Billion SME Retail Lending Program created 1,500 Direct Jobs and 10,000 Indirect Jobs, disbursing to over 350 SMEs.

Managing the government agency whose broad purview is geared towards providing a
broad platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the State.
o Facilitation of easier access to resources required by entrepreneurs and investors of MSMEs, to achieve sustainable development in the State.
o Provide funding and capacity support opportunities for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise subsector in the State, which is the engine room for any economy.
o Collaboration with local and international financial intermediaries that would enable MSMEs grow their businesses with affordable and tailored credit and investment.
o Development of several programs that create linkages between SMEs and large businesses, creating a powerful incentive for SMEs to build managerial and operational capacity within their operations.
o Provision Business Incubation Services to help entrepreneurs progress throughout the early stages of business growth via ASBA Academy.
o Creation of policy framework geared towards the development of MSMEs in Anambra State

Recovered over N950 Million (US$2.6Mn) within the first three (3) months upon
appointment from indebted beneficiaries under the N2 Billion Micro, Small & Medium
Enterprise Development Loan Program (MSMEDF) that commenced in 2014 and ended in
2019 with only N389 Million (US$1.08 Million) recovered within the same period.
